{"id":2914,"date":"2019-05-29T12:48:00","date_gmt":"2019-05-29T12:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nasedobro.com\/?post_type=portfolio_page&#038;p=2914"},"modified":"2019-05-29T12:48:00","modified_gmt":"2019-05-29T12:48:00","slug":"spelt-kuglof","status":"publish","type":"portfolio_page","link":"https:\/\/nasedobro.com\/en\/recepti\/spelt-kuglof\/","title":{"rendered":"Spelt kuglof"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>SPELT KUGLOF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">15 spoons of spelt flour (type 630)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\"> 10 spoons of cane sugar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">1 baking powder<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">1 vanilla sugar (12g)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">pinch of salt<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">pinch of grated muscat nut <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">1 organic lemon<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">3 eggs<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">160 ml. of milk1<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">60 ml. of oil (for baking) <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">3 tablespoons of cocoa <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">Prepare two bowls. In the first bowl, mix 15 tablespoons of spelt flour, 10 tablespoons of cane sugar , 1 baking powder, 1 vanilla sugar, pinch of salt, pinch of grated muscat nut and lemon zest. In the second bowl add 3 eggs, 160 ml. of milk and 160 ml. of oil (for baking).<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"\u041f\u0440\u0435\u0432\u043e\u0434\"><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">Mix the content of the first and second bowl and then pour half of the mixture into the kuglof mold.\u00a0 Put 3 tablespoons of cocoa into the other half and pour it over the first layer .
