Skin is the largest organ in body and it needs all the nutrients as other organs, which we get from food.<\/p>\n

One such food is corn flour.<\/span><\/p>\n

It provides the skin with the necessary oil, deeply nourishes it, skin looks and feel refreshed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Corn flour can be used as facial and body scrub due to its abrasive structure.<\/span><\/p>\n

Exfoliation:<\/strong>\u00a0The procedure is very simple. Mix 1-2 tsp flour with water and rub it gently into the skin to remove dead skin cells from the outer layer. The mixture can be left on the face and body for\u00a0 about 10 minutes, so that the skin absorbs all the nutrients of the corn flour. This exfoliation is better for oily skin type, and if your skin is more dry then you can add some olive oil to the corn flour.<\/span><\/p>\n

Also, you can prepare a facial mask with corn flour.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mask:<\/strong>\u00a0Mix 2 tsp of corn flour with a little milk (2-3 tablespoons) and a spoon of honey, to get a thick mixture and apply it on the face. Leave the mask for about 15 minutes and wash it with lukewarm water.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
