Add the sparkling water and salt, mix all together leave it for 10 minutes, till you cut the cheese into cubes. Take the small pieces of dough and form balls from them, put the small piece of cheese in every ball and put them on a plate till you make all the balls ready. Fry the prepared balls in a pan with a heated oil, untill they are colour gold.<\/p>\n<p>You can serve it with some tomato dip or katchup.
