Bread with beer without yeast

BREAD WITH BEER WITHOUT YEAST

 

500g of wheat dark flour type 1100
12g of baking powder
½ tea spoon of salt
½ tea spoon of caraway for dough and little bit more for sprinkling
pinch of sweet paprika powder
2,5dl of beer
30g melted butter
big grains salt by your own taste

Put baking powder in a flour and then add salt, caraway, paprika powder and 2/3 of melted butter (20g). Mix all the ingredients. Mix the dough and slowly add beer in it till it bcomes smooth. Form a loaf of bread, coat it with a rest of melted butter and sprinkle it with caraway and salt. Put the loaf in a preheated oven at 240 degrees and bake it for about 30 minutes, till the crust gets golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
