Whole grain wheat bread

WHOLE GRAIN WHEAT BREAD

450g of proper bio flour
1 tea spoon of sea salt
15g of fresh yeast
1 of brown sugar
3-4dl of water


Put flour and salt ina bowl and mix them. Add yeast and then slowly add water in it. Mix the dough well. The best is to do it with hands. Take the round mold for cakes and lubricate it with oil, then put some flour on it. Fill the mold with dough and let it improves. Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, for abot 35-40 minutes. Wait till the bread gets colder and then take out the bread from the mold. Share it with people you love!
