500gr. of buckwheat flour
1dl. of olive oil
1 tea spoon of sea salt
12 gr. of baking powder or 20gr. of baking soda
If you want: 1 tea spoon of sugar
Pour a flour in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, baking powder or baking soda and if you want tea spoon of sugar. Prepare well mixed dough and then develop it up to 1cm of thickness. Use a mold or glass to create croustades and put them in lubricated baking tray. Bake the dough in preheated oven at 220 degrees , till the croustades become golden brown. Enjoy every bite, without a remorse.
