400g of corn flour
220ml of warm water
12 g of baking soda
1 tea spoon of salt
Oil for lubrication
Put baking soda in flour and then pour warm water in it. Add salt. Mix the dough well and pour it in a lubricated baking tray. Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for about 25 minutes, till the crust becomes golden brown. When the corn bread is baked sprinkle it with water and keep it wrapped in a dishcloth till the meal time. We celebrate our ancestors!
