Whole grain polenta with cheese and salsa

WHOLE GRAIN POLENTA WITH CHEESE AND SALSA

Salsa:

Fresh tomato or pelati tomato, garlic
Olive oil, Parmesan,
Basil, Olives, Salt

 

Filling:

Goat cheese

 

Cook polenta and then form croustades of it. Prepare salsa from tomato (fresh or pelati), garlic, olive oil, parmesan, basil olives and pinch of salt. Put the salsa over the croustades and then put a piece of goat cheese on top of every crostade. Put the croustades in the oven and bake till the cheese is melted. If you like you can put some chilli paprika in salsa. The advice is to put some olive oil and grinded parmesan in the water prepared for cooking polenta, so that polenta gets better taste.
Be creative and change ingredients as you wish.
