Rye-wheat dark bread with oregano

RYE-WHEAT DARK BREAD WITH OREGANO

250g of dark rye flour type 1250
500g of wheat whole grain flour
3dl of water
15g of yeast
2 tea spoons of oregano
2 tea spoons of sesame
1 tea spoon of salt

Mix all the ingredients together. Put a water in it and mix the dough, till it becomes smooth. Wait till the dough improves; then mix the dough again. Form one loaf or few smaller loafs. Wait till the dough improves again and then bake the bread in the preheated oven at 240 degrees, for about 30 minutes.
