600g of Property bio spelt flour
1 glass of sparkling water
1 glass of yogurt
1 egg
12g of baking powder
2 spoons of sunflower oil
1 tea spoon of salt
1 tea spoon of sugar
Three spoons of seeds: sesame, sunflower, pumpkin and flax
Put baking powder in a flour. Add sparkling water and yogurt slowly in it, while you mix all together. Now put an egg in it. Continue to mix everything together. Put salt, sugar and oil in it. Mix dough without mixer. Add the seeds and mix everything together again. Lubricate the baking tray and put the dough in it. Bake the dough in preheated oven at 220 degrees , for about 40 minutes. Now you have old time wheat bread in front of you!
