    BANANA BREAD

    2 cups(2dl) of flour (wheat flour, type 400)

    1 cup of coconut sugar

    1 baking powder

    1 vanilla sugar ( 12 g)

    pinch of salt

    2 eggs

    1/2 cup of coconut oil

    2 cups of mashed bananas (about 5 bananas)

    In one bowl add flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Take the other bowl and mix 2 eggs, half cup of coconut oil and 2 cups of mashed bananas. First mix the eggs add coconut oil and then add bananas. Now add all dry ingredients in it while stirring. Pour into a deep rectangular baking tray  with baking paper in it. Bake the bread at 175 degrees for about 60-65 minutes.
