Wheat flour is rich in minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, chlorine and potassium, as well as vitamins from groups B and E.
INGREDIENTS (10-20 FRITTERS)
600g of flour
300ml of yogurt
50ml of warm milk
1 baking powder ( 12g)
pinch of salt
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add whisked eggs premixed with yogurt and milk. Mix the soft dough. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin at about 1 cm. thickness. Cut the dough with a knife to get desired shape. Fry the dough pieces for a few minutes on both sides until they turn brown.
Enjoy in warm fritters 🙂 with various spreads: cheese, ajvar, sour cream, jam or honey
