Organic corn whole grain flour

It is obtained by grinding whole grain of corn. Corn flour contains a long list of nutrients. It is a source of niacin, thiamine, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, folate and vitamins B6, E and K. It contains 18 amino acids and valuable minerals, such as magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese and selenium. Whole corn grain flour moves through hoses faster than other types of food, which reduces the amount of waste materials that remain inside the body. Another benefit of consuming corn flour is that it makes cells in the colon stronger, and also enhances antioxidant activity. When the corn flour is included in diet, immunity improves. Consuming whole grains such as corn grains can also be benefitial for cardiac and circulatory health, also whole grains are good for reducing cholesterol. Corn flour can also prevent gaining weight because it contains fibers and complex carbohydrates.

400g of our Proper Bio corn flour

220ml of lukewarm water

1 baking powder

1 teaspoon of salt

Grease or oil for lubricating

Mix baking powder with flour and than pour lukewater in it. Add a teaspoon of salt. Mix everything together and pour into baking tray that you previously lubricated with some grease . Bake the dough in the oven, preheated at 230 degrees for about 25 minutes, until the bark turns dark brown. Sprinkle it with water, and keep it wrapped in a kitchen cloth till your meal time. We celebrate ancestors!
