It is obtained by grinding whole grain of corn. Corn flour contains a long list of nutrients. It is a source of niacin, thiamine, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, folate and vitamins B6, E and K. It contains 18 amino acids and valuable minerals, such as magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese and selenium. Whole corn grain flour moves through hoses faster than other types of food, which reduces the amount of waste materials that remain inside the body. Another benefit of consuming corn flour is that it makes cells in the colon stronger, and also enhances antioxidant activity. When the corn flour is included in diet, immunity improves. Consuming whole grains such as corn grains can also be benefitial for cardiac and circulatory health, also whole grains are good for reducing cholesterol. Corn flour can also prevent gaining weight because it contains fibers and complex carbohydrates.
ORGANIC FINE CORN FLOUR BALLS
– 300g of organic fine corn flour
-230ml of sparkling water
-3-4 spoons of sunflower oil, or a little bit of butter
– about 100g of parmesan or chedar cheese
-1/2 tea spoon of salt
Put the fine corn flour in a bowl. Add the sparkling water and salt, mix all together leave it for 10 minutes, till you cut the cheese into cubes. Take the small pieces of dough and form balls from them, put the small piece of cheese in every ball and put them on a plate till you make all the balls ready. Fry the prepared balls in a pan with a heated oil, untill they are colour gold.
You can serve it with some tomato dip or katchup. Enjoy your meal!
